Overview
Bulk granular solid materials are fed into the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower. The distribution plate contacts with the solid materials to form fluidized to gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector to recover the solid powder and emptied.
Steam, electric and hot blast stoves can be used (matching according to user requirements).
It is suitable for the drying of bulk materials, such as raw materials in pharmaceuticals, tableting granules, Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins in chemical raw materials, citric acid and other powdery and granular materials. It is also used for drying and dehumidifying Food and beverage granules, grain processing, corn germ, feed, etc. drying. The maximum particle size of the material can reach 6mm, and the best is 0.5-3mm.
