Quality Control:
1. Design control
Before designing, try to sample and test as much as possible, and the technicians will make a scientific and reasonable design according to the specific requirements of the user and the actual situation of the test.
2. Procurement control
Establish a list of sub-suppliers, conduct strict inspections and comparisons with sub-suppliers, follow the principle of high quality and better price, and establish sub-suppliers’ files. For outsourcing and outsourcing parts of the same variety, there should be no less than one sub-supplier that can supply normally .
3. Production control
The production must be based on technical documents, and the processed qualified products of each process must be marked. The identification of key components must be clear to ensure the traceability of the product.
4. Inspection control
(1) A full-time inspector shall inspect the raw materials and outsourcing and outsourcing parts. For larger batches, sampling inspections are possible, but the sampling rate shall not be less than 30%. The critical point is that precise outsourcing parts and outsourcing parts must be inspected. Check.
(2) The processing of self-made parts must undergo self-inspection, mutual inspection, and re-inspection. All qualified products can be regarded as qualified products.
(3) If the finished product can be installed and started in the factory, the test machine inspection shall be started in the factory, and only those that pass the inspection can leave the factory. Those that cannot be installed in the factory must be strictly inspected in stages, and the installation is completed and tested in the buyer's factory. The machine is successful and an inspection certificate is issued.

1. Installation and debugging
When the equipment arrives in the buyer's factory, our company will send a full-time technician to the buyer to guide the installation and be responsible for debugging to normal use.
2. Operation training
Before the purchaser can use the equipment normally, the commissioning personnel of our company will organize the relevant personnel of the purchaser to conduct training. The training content includes: equipment maintenance, maintenance, timely repair of common failures, and equipment operating procedures.
3. Quality Assurance
The company's equipment warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, the equipment is damaged by non-human factors, and it is responsible for free maintenance. If the equipment is damaged by human factors, our company will repair it in time and only charge the corresponding cost.
4. Maintenance and deadline
If the equipment is damaged after the warranty period expires, after receiving the notice from the buyer, the enterprises in the province will arrive at the site for maintenance within 24 hours, and the enterprises outside the province will arrive at the site within 48 hours. The services provided by the warranty period are paid services, and the cost will be charged for each service. fee.
