Principle
After the air is heated by the heater, it enters the hot air distributor on the top of the drying tower through the blower. After passing through the hot air distributor, the hot air evenly enters the drying tower and moves in a spiral shape. The material pump sends the material liquid to the centrifugal sprayer on the top of the drying tower at the same time, and the material liquid is sprayed into very small mist droplets. The surface area of the material liquid in contact with the hot air is greatly increased, the water evaporates quickly, and it is dried into a dry product in a very short time. The dry product is separated from the wet air by the cyclone separator, and the dry air is sent to the small cyclone separator through the collecting spiral chamber at the bottom of the cyclone separator for separation, and collected in the collecting drum, and the tail gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

The hot air system, purge system, and air delivery system of the dryer are equipped with primary, medium, and sub-high-efficiency filters, and all air entering the drying system is filtered. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
