Glass-lined equipment is widely used in the chemical industry. The glass-lined glaze layer attached to the surface of the iron tire is smooth and clean, extremely wear-resistant, and its corrosion resistance to a variety of inorganic and organic substances is unmatched by stainless steel and engineering plastics; glass-lined equipment has the mechanical strength of general metal equipment, It also has the characteristics that ordinary metal equipment does not have: preventing material deterioration and discoloration, avoiding metal ion pollution, and low price, convenient and practical. Therefore, glass-lined equipment is the first choice for fine chemical industries such as pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food processing.
Since the glass-lined lining is a brittle material after all, and the harsh working conditions do not allow any tiny cracks in it, special care is required during the transportation, installation and use of the equipment, and care must be taken to maintain it. Ensure the safe use of equipment.

II. Titanium alloy repair technology
The repair agent is easy to use, mainly according to the following five steps:
1. Surface treatment to remove the deposits on the corroded parts, use an angular or straight grinder to polish the parts to be repaired, the principle is "the rougher the better", and finally use acetone or alcohol to clean and degrease (no hands or objects are allowed touch).

4. Curing at 20 ℃-30 ℃, 3 to 5 hours can be machined, and it takes more than 24 hours to fully cure. If the coating thickness is high, the curing time can be shortened.
5. Processing can be used to distinguish the knocking sound to check the curing effect. Used tools should be cleaned with detergent immediately.
