The continuous counter-current extraction unit developed by Quanpin Machinery combined with international advanced technology is used for the efficient extraction of effective ingredients from natural plants (medicine). According to the characteristics of the extracted materials, we design various counter-current extraction units with different structures to meet the needs of production , Whether it is water extraction or organic solvent extraction, we will provide a professional overall solution.
 
Extraction of natural products such as various animals and plants:
1) Plant extracts: Ginkgo biloba, yew, knotweed, kudzu root, andrographis, licorice, locust flower, turmeric, grape skin, star anise, ginseng, lime, etc.
2) Natural sweeteners: Luo Han Guo, Stevia, etc.
3) Beverage health products, spices: tea, gynostemma pentaphylla, chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, etc.
4) Natural pigments: turmeric, safflower yellow, monascus red, isatis root, chlorophyll, etc.
5) Tobacco: cut tobacco, tobacco dust, tobacco stem

2. Structure and composition
The continuous countercurrent extraction unit realizes a complete set of mechatronics and is a fully automatic unit. The whole set is composed of feeding mechanism, solvent heat exchange device, extraction pipe section, liquid slag separator, slag digger, juice squeezing machine, etc. It can be supplemented with ultrasonic extraction as needed.
1. The automation system of the whole unit is a continuous process, controlled by an industrial computer, including the following:
Quantitative transportation and control of materials;
Extraction solvent flow and heat exchange temperature control;
Heating and constant temperature control during extraction;
CIP clean-in-place control;

Medicine residue treatment system: it is composed of medicine residue squeezer, dryer, organic solvent recovery condenser, storage tank, medicine residue conveyor, etc. as required;

1. Realize the entire process of closed and continuous production
The production efficiency has been significantly improved, and the unit production capacity has been increased.
The operation is simple, only two operators at most are required, which reduces labor intensity and saves production costs.
2. Realize extraction under countercurrent conditions
Reduce the amount of extraction solvent, which is 1/2-1/3 of the traditional extraction method, reduces the workload of subsequent filtration, separation, and concentration, saves energy consumption and reduces production costs.
The solvent is in full contact with the material, and the extraction yield is increased by 5%-20%.
3. Equipped with automatic discharge device of medicine slag
It solves the difficult problem of extracting the medicine slag from the extraction tank, and avoids manual cleaning and unsafe factors.
4. Supporting medicine residue squeeze dryer or solvent drying recovery system
After squeezing dry, the liquid content in the dregs is 50-70%, which improves the yield and reduces waste.
The squeezed medicine residue enters the dryer, the remaining solvent evaporates and enters the condenser for recycling, which reduces the waste of solvent, improves economic efficiency, and is beneficial to

5. The ultrasonic extraction technology can be fully utilized
The extraction time is significantly shortened, about 1/5-1/20 of conventional extraction;
The extraction temperature is reduced by 20-30°C, which is conducive to the extraction of heat-sensitive pharmaceutical ingredients, reduces the content of impurities, and reduces energy consumption.
The extraction yield is increased by 5%-30%.

3. Structure and composition
The continuous countercurrent extraction unit realizes a complete set of mechatronics and is a fully automatic unit.
