Equipment structural characteristics and technical performance
  This device uses high-efficiency ceramic corrugated packing. The distillation tower body is made of stainless steel, which prevents iron filings from clogging the packing and prolongs the service life of the device. In this device, all parts of the equipment contacting alcohol, such as condenser, voltage stabilizer, cooling coil, etc., are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not polluted. The W-shaped distillation kettle uses a detachable U-shaped heating tube. The U-shaped heating tube can be removed from the kettle during maintenance, which is convenient for cleaning the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the distillation kettle.
  ZW type eliminates the need for indirect heating of the still. The condenser adopts the tube heat exchanger, and the spiral plate heat exchanger can also be supplied according to the user's requirements. The cooler adopts the coil type cooler, and the coil type cooler is supplied with a surge tank and a specific gravity tester.
Product Usage
  This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also suitable for the distillation of methanol and other solvents. This device can distill the dilute alcohol of about 30° to 90-95° alcohol according to the requirements of users. If the alcohol content of the finished product is very high, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will be reduced accordingly.
Device composition
The   W model has five specifications, each of which includes a corresponding configuration of distillation tower, distillation kettle, condenser, cooler, surge tank, and specific gravity tester. Among them, W-200 and W-300 distillation towers are directly installed on the distillation kettle. W-400, W-500, W-600 distillation towers and distillation kettles are installed separately.
  ZW type has two specifications: ZW-200 and ZW-300, each specification includes corresponding matching preheater, distillation tower, condenser, cooler, surge tank, and specific gravity tester.
  Other auxiliary equipment and instruments such as metering tanks, storage tanks, transfer pumps, rotameters, temperature indicating instruments, etc. are prepared by the user. Our factory can also process or order and supply them according to user requirements.
