  1. Speed-up drying stage: it uses very high temperature to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the material in a relatively short period of time. The time required for this stage is relatively short, but it is also limited to the surface moisture, so this stage The water output is not large.

  2. Constant velocity drying stage: At this stage, the material is heated, so that the moisture inside the material is slowly added to the surface. Due to the high temperature heating on the surface of the material, the moisture on the surface of the material evaporates quickly. When the speed of adding water to the surface cannot keep up with the evaporation of water on the surface of the material, it enters the reduced-speed drying stage.

  3. Deceleration drying stage: At this stage, most of the material moisture has been evaporated. At this stage, the material is slowly dried, and the moisture inside the material is slowly forced to the surface to be evaporated.

  4. Balance drying stage: When the moisture inside the material is forced to dry and there is no more moisture to add to the surface, it enters the equilibrium drying stage, which is the stage where the material is dried and the finished product is obtained.
