Overview
This machine is composed of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The vibration chamber is composed of eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight is transmitted to the centerline of the main shaft by the motor drive, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, changing the strength of the material, and forming an orbital vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the hammer regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The whole machine has compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption and convenient mobile maintenance.
