  Lithium iron phosphate is a new material that initiates the lithium battery revolution industry, and is the forefront of the development of the lithium battery industry.   According to the material characteristics of lithium iron phosphate, the company independently developed a lithium iron phosphate double cone vacuum dryer on the basis of digesting and absorbing better foreign equipment and technology.

         The working principle of the equipment:
A heat source is introduced into the airtight interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell; driven by power, the tank body rotates slowly, and the material in the tank is continuously mixed to achieve the purpose of strengthening; the material is in a vacuum state, and the air pressure drops The solvent on the surface of the material is saturated and evaporated, and it is discharged by the vacuum pump in time. The solvent inside the material continuously penetrates, evaporates, and discharges to the surface. The three processes are carried out continuously, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a short time.
         Device Description:
  (1) The equipment is composed of a host, a motor, a rotary joint, and a reducer.
  (2) A Φ400 manhole is installed on the top of the equipment, and the discharge port is equipped with a stainless steel butterfly valve, which can control the discharge flow and is easy to operate.
  (3) Set and control the required temperature according to the process requirements, and use hot water or steam heating according to the set temperature range, and the heating system is prepared by the user.
(4) The material to be dried is put into the dryer. Under vacuum conditions, the material is constantly turned over and receives heat from the inner surface of the contacting vessel wall, thus speeding up the drying of the material. It saves 1/3 of the time compared to static vacuum dryers and improves Labor productivity.
